Overview
Oasis International School, established in 1999 in Bangalore, follows the IGCSE British curriculum. Over the past 25 years, it has grown from a small start with only a few students to a thriving institution with over 1,000 students, ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 12.
Despite consistently being ranked among the top 10 international schools in Bangalore for the past decade, these achievements weren’t reflected in their search engine rankings.
The Challenge
With the rise of new international schools in Bangalore, Oasis experienced a decline in organic reach online. Historically, the school relied on referrals as its main source for new student admissions. However, this approach led to stagnating enrollment rates in the face of increased competition. Larger school franchises in the area were investing heavily in digital marketing, and Oasis needed to expand its marketing efforts to include organic search growth to remain competitive.
The Objectives
Oasis sought to enhance its online visibility by improving branded and non-branded keyword rankings. As an official center for British curriculum teaching certifications, the school also aimed to boost the visibility of its teacher training programs. Specific goals included:
